After the payment has been successfully processed, we will provide you with a digital proof of your design for your approval before proceeding with production. At this stage, you are able to make any changes or corrections before committing to the production of your patches.
Once you have approved the digital proof, we will manufacture your design and complete your order within 12 business days from the day the proof is confirmed.Once you have confirmed the sample, the production of your patches is underway.
If you do not confirm or request any changes to the proof within 10 days from the time it was sent to you, to ensure the order will be fulfilled, we will automatically proceed with production. Please make sure you confirm or request any changes to your sample during this time frame.
All orders are final, as each and every patch we manufacture is custom-made for you. They may not be canceled or returned for any reason. We do not issue refunds. However, we are able to replace any defective patches. Please request a replacement within 7 days of the day you receive your order.
